Candace Owens covers TPUSA's Club America arrest, Katie Britt press secretary bar exam controversy, and the Charlie Kirk investigation
Candace Owens hosts a solo episode of the Candace podcast.
Summary
Candace Owens covers several interconnected stories in this episode. She opens with an update on the Charlie Kirk assassination investigation, focusing on Governor Cox's schedule around September 9th–10th, officer Tyler Clancy's role that day, and the disposal of a bloodied bag. She then reports on the arrest of Taylor Dodd, the former Club America chapter president in Bonner Ferry, Idaho, on seven felony counts of child sexually exploitative material — and notes that Turning Point USA attempted to scrub its affiliation with him from the internet. She also covers Turning Point Action's apparent financial difficulties, raising questions about the earlier "Statue Gate" vandalism fundraising push. She addresses new press secretary Katie Zacharia's admission that she did not pass the bar exam, playing clips of Zacharia repeatedly describing herself as a lawyer and then offering her explanation to Jack Posobiec. She also discusses Pete Hegseth's proposal to live-stream the Fort Hood shooter's execution, argues against it on political and ethical grounds, and plays a clip of Charlie Kirk warning that the death penalty should be opposed while the "Epstein class" holds power — noting Trump subsequently walked back the live-streaming plan via Truth Social. The episode closes with viewer comments and an ongoing call for tips, including a request for information about the fire captain who performed CPR on Charlie Kirk at the hospital.

Governor Cox's Schedule Correction and Tyler Clancy's Role on September 10th
Candace Owens: In case you missed it yesterday, I did pin a comment beneath our episode after one of you guys back home — one of you sleuths — instantly emailed us and noticed something regarding Governor Cox's public schedule during the week of September 10th. You'll remember yesterday we were noting how odd it was that the governor had no apparent schedule for September 9th or the 10th, despite September being an extremely busy season for politicians.
Well, one of you guys emailed the tip line and noticed that actually the governor's office just made a mistake — we're assuming it was a mistake and that it was unintentional. So you can see they had September 8th published, and then September 8th jumps to Tuesday, September 2nd, and then beyond that it goes to Wednesday, September 3rd. We were able to confirm, thanks to that home sleuth, that someone just entered those two dates incorrectly. It's meant to be — instead of September 2nd and September 3rd — September 9th and September 10th. So that is his schedule for the 9th and the 10th, which by the way makes matters infinitely more interesting, because it means that on the evening of September 9th — not on September 2nd as we had initially reported — officer and house rep Tyler Clancy had that private one-on-one meeting with the governor.
So that happened on the 9th, and then the very next day, as we have already shared with you, Tyler Clancy was allegedly the person who was selected to transport Turning Point employees to the airport to pick up Erika. I'm told that this is actually Tyler Clancy speaking over the police radio regarding that pickup. So take a listen.
"Confirming this channel secure."
>
"No, the program main channel is not secure."
>
"My apologies. I was just saying — is service channel able to be scanned, or can I give information over this channel?"
>
"You're good. We have uncut the service channel. So this is just Provo service. Go ahead and talk."
>
"This will be info for IC. Myself and Sergeant Dufet are en route to Provo airport. Victim's wife is arriving at 3:30."
Okay. So that seems to check out. We listened to his voice in other interviews — it certainly sounds a lot like him. And additionally, beyond that, we reported that it was officer Tyler Clancy who at some point that same day or evening — depending on who's telling the story — disposed of a bloodied item that belonged to Turning Point USA or one of their affiliates. We deduced that it was likely Frank Turek's bloodied bag, since Frank gave an interview revealing that he instructed a police officer to throw out his bag because, according to him, Charlie's body had been on top of it in the car during the chaotic ride over to the hospital.
That brings a lot of questions to my mind. It doesn't even make sense to me that Frank asked the officer to throw it out. Why not just throw it out yourself? Can't find a trash can? And it seems that Tyler, as I am told, told a slightly varied story to others — mainly that he was not instructed to do so, but that he did so out of his own volition, on a whim, because the item had been left behind in his car. Allegedly. Allegedly. Allegedly. We'll see.
The takeaway I want you to have from all of this is that Tyler Clancy played a significant role on September 10th. And frankly, I'm just struggling to believe that it is somehow protocol for a police officer to toss out a bag covered in blood from a recently murdered victim — especially before any information is known regarding who the suspect or suspects were, how he died. All of that was just rumor and innuendo at that point. My gut tells me that it is not standard police protocol to listen to Frank Turek. We'll see.
Governor Cox's Movements and the Val Peterson Connection
Candace Owens: The reason I have been zeroing in on Governor Cox is because people in Utah say that Governor Cox's boys were all over the Charlie Kirk case. There are factions in Utah, and they say, "Governor Cox has the Cox boys, and now he's got power and he can give people promotions," as we saw. We had already established long ago that Governor Cox lies. He's a politician — he speaks, he lies. That's not that shocking. But beyond that, if you remember early on in the investigation, it was Governor Cox who was instantly telling us that this was a politically motivated assassination, despite no evidence confirming that at that time. He also was the one who put out the narrative — he was standing in front of Kash Patel and he said the shooter changed clothes on the roof. And I want to be clear: he didn't say that amongst chaos and confusion. He reported that with Kash Patel behind him on September 12th, long after the FBI had secured and reviewed the footage. Take a listen.
"One more thing, Governor — could you just clarify the clothing issue you mentioned earlier? Was he changing outfits?"
>
"Correct. Yes. Yes. So when he's first spotted on campus, he has different clothing on, and then he changes clothing on the roof, and then changed back into that clothing at some point, so that when he was apprehended — when he was arrested — the clothing matched the clothing he had on before the shooting here at UVU."
I don't know, guys. That doesn't seem like he just made a mistake there. Someone could have jumped in and said, "You're wrong." It just feels like they were confusing the public, and then they had to go back and fill in all these holes, and the story got even crazier.
Anyway, I'm interested in exploring the governor's movements on the 9th and the 10th, because it would be a curious, interesting fact if he did indeed golf with Val Peterson on the morning of the 10th after having spent an evening with Tyler Clancy on the 9th. He doesn't have golf with Val Peterson on his official schedule. What is noted is that on the morning of the 10th he had an event — he was the keynote speaker at the Rally Connects trade show up in Mona at 9:00 a.m. We were able to find a photo of that on LinkedIn posted from the AV company that miked him, which corroborates that attendance. His next scheduled event was in Murray Park at 11:30 a.m., back toward Salt Lake City where the governor's mansion is. He was slated to speak to staff at a staff picnic at the Utah Department of Environmental Quality. So we confirmed he's there.
I would offer that if he and Val Peterson did meet up for golf, it was likely before this. That would make sense just in terms of how people golf — you want an early morning tee time, especially in summer heat. And I want to state that my sources on this — that Val Peterson was with the governor on September 10th — are solid. They're not aware of one another, and the sources are solid. We have reached out to the governor's office asking for a confirmation or denial. We will keep you guys posted.
Now, regarding Val Peterson — the man, the myth, the legend, the alleged most powerful man in the state. Now that we have discovered that his brother Charles — Chuck, Chuck boy over there — has some legal issues, and that's me putting it mildly, we can continue to formally acknowledge that it just appears to be this creepy recurring theme with too many people involved in this story. How can it just keep being a theme?
Club America President Arrested on Child Pornography Charges
Candace Owens: I've made it clear that there is something that makes my skin crawl about Erika Kirk and her pursuit of Club America — specifically the idea of the events that are being forced upon middle schoolers and high schoolers. Underage kids, you've got to go to assembly. And especially because I know for a fact that there are sexual deviants plus pastors with extremely checkered backgrounds working at this organization, and Erika has no issue working with them. That's not normal. That's not a normal maternal instinct. When you have young kids, as she does, as I do — when people are creepy and weird, you get rid of them. She has the power to do that and she's not doing it. She's actually going into deeper partnership with them.
So with my platform I have implored parents who watch this show to be very wary of this organization with Erika Kirk at the helm of it. I can tell you now that I already feel vindicated with that warning, because something has already happened involving the president of a Club America chapter in Idaho — or rather, I should say the now former president of Club America in Bonner Ferry, Idaho. His name is Taylor Dodd. When he was 17 years old, he actually gave a speech at Charlie Kirk's vigil and gave testimony regarding his experience having met Charlie when he was young. Fast forward just one year, and unfortunately for Dodd, just a couple of weeks ago, he was arrested. And you will never guess for what. Just kidding — you will definitely guess for what.
He was arrested for child pornography. Here is the headline, which was published in the Bonner's Ferry Herald. He's now 18 years old. "Young adult arrested — child sexual exploitative material." It tells us Taylor Dodd was arrested in early September on seven felony charges of child sexually exploitative material. Officials became aware of the alleged crimes through the ICAC — the Internet Crimes Against Children task force — which received a tip from Discord, when illicit images of minors were downloaded from the app. The images were downloaded in early April, according to court documents. Documents contend that other apps were also used, such as Telegram and Threads, a text-based social media app by Meta, to purchase and download images. In his report, Officer Brandon Blackmore said that 116 images had allegedly been downloaded and saved to Dodd's phone. He further acknowledged that Dodd said he had a severe pornography addiction that had escalated to include children. To include children.
Documents indicate that the ages allegedly ranged from 3 to 15. I'm going to say that again — from 3 years old to 15. And if you're wondering if this is alleged — well, the article tells us that according to court documents, he confessed that he purchased and watched videos of child pornography, downloaded them, and saved them to his cell phone. He wrote an apology to his parents asking them to forgive him for what he had done, expressing regret for his actions, and took full responsibility, according to his case file.
Three-year-olds. What goes on in Idaho, ladies and gentlemen? What goes on in Utah? What goes on with Turning Point USA? What goes on with Turning Point Faith and Club America? What goes on with Erika Kirk?
TPUSA Scrubs Its Affiliation from the Internet
Candace Owens: You should also know that they tried to scrub their affiliation from the internet. There were a lot of broken links as we were trying to hunt down this information. Thank you, by the way, to the sleuth that emailed us the lead. This had just happened because Turning Point dealt with it the way they deal with everything — virtual absconding, gaslighting. Because if you type in, as we did, "Bonner's Ferry TPUSA president" trying to confirm that that was him, the first hit you get is a local news article where they had initially placed an ad of sorts, and they got a friend to go back and just scrub the words "Club America" from the article. Look at this. This is incredible.
So it's like she's placing this ad in letters to the editor: "Hello there. My name is Kora Nichols and I'm the vice president of Bonner Ferry's local" — that did say "Club America Homeschool Hub." "I wanted to share some of the recent activities that our hub has been involved in." They just took it out. They just took out their name so that they could pretend they were not affiliated with it and people would not see this hit.
Classic TPUSA today — I should say TPUSA today, because this was not a chronic issue when Turning Point USA began. Not until all the money came in from God knows where. Not until Turning Point got heaven-focused did this start to manifest as a problem. And I'm just wondering how much longer they're going to gaslight us, threaten us, file lawsuits, and think that we're going to shut up and bend the knee. No. Why is everybody just noticing this? This is totally normal — every organization goes through these growing pains of child pornography all the time. What?
Turning Point Action's Financial Troubles and Statue Gate
Candace Owens: I want to add this before we move on. We should discuss Turning Point Action, because Turning Point Action is run by a sexual deviant. Tyler Bowyer — I keep telling you this — and Charlie wanted to fire Tyler Bowyer before he passed. That's if Mikey McCoy is to be believed. Mikey McCoy told donors this. And I was told twice — it was one of our biggest and earliest leads — that the reason Charlie had established DOGE, as I've said too many times, seven days before he died, was because money was missing out of Turning Point Action. The amount I was told — from Turning Point insiders as well as somebody who knew Charlie personally outside of Turning Point USA — was that $10 million was missing. And Charlie wanted to know where it went.
I will state this just to be fair: when I approached Justin Streiff about this lead, he came back to me and said, "No, this is not true." He denied it. But again, the call was coming from within the house. So you either believe a Turning Point employee or you don't believe a Turning Point employee that this was going on.
Well, guess what — update to today. It appears that Turning Point Action is suddenly out of money. And I told you this was an interesting lead because Turning Point Action brings you back to Erika's mother, Lori Frantzve. Lori Frantzve and Tyler Bowyer work together. They have known each other since before Charlie was ever in the picture. And I had wondered out loud whether, when Charlie began this pursuit to find the money and realized something was going on — that the money was funny — whether Lori Frantzve and Tyler Bowyer maybe did something funny with the money. I don't know. But I can tell you that today it appears that the situation which Justin Streiff said definitely was not happening could potentially be happening at Turning Point Action. At the very least, we can establish that they're out of money. They say they spent it all on ballot-chasing initiatives.
I do want to say before I show you the email they sent out that I sensed this was coming just on the basis of Statue Gate. You guys remember Statue Gate back in September. It was actually Tyler Bowyer himself who presented the newly erected Charlie Kirk statue in front of headquarters, and within 72 hours the statue was vandalized. They said, "Over the weekend at 1:00 a.m. in the morning, the statue was vandalized by the left." How did they know? Well, we don't know how they knew it was the left, but of course it had red spray paint and really sadistic writing. They said it's the left. Bizarrely, they didn't want to share any of the surveillance footage with the public. I said, "That's weird. Everybody knows Turning Point USA headquarters is under heavy surveillance — especially because of the assassination, the employees feeling unsafe. They have heavy surveillance. Who would be so dumb, even if they're on the left, to go ahead and do this and expect not to be caught?" And when we asked for surveillance footage, when we asked for details — hey, can you tell us what car? The public can help. There are a lot of sleuths out there. Clearly somebody had to drive onto your campus to do this. We got nothing, except the one thing they did want to share immediately: links and requests for us to donate specifically to their ballot-chasing initiative via Turning Point Action.
It was exactly like the Trump ballroom demands after the White House correspondents dinner shooting — very coordinated messaging. Shots fired, Trump needs his ballroom. We're like, that's weird. Why are you saying he needs a ballroom? Like, is everybody okay? What happened? Why are you instantly trying to propagandize and tell us he needs a ballroom as a solution? Well, after Statue Gate, Turning Point USA's response was to direct people not to the tax-deductible charitable arm, the 501(c)(3), but rather to Tyler Bowyer's Turning Point Action 501(c)(4) arm. Take a listen to jog your memory.
"I will tell you what the enemy intended for evil, God is using for good. I want to praise so many of you out there — after this news broke, the Commit 100 program that we've been pushing on this program is surging. So do not let evil win. Use this as motivation to get involved, to be a part of the solution. We cannot let evil ghouls win the day. We cannot be intimidated. We cannot be cowed. Never surrender. So go do your part. Be a part of the solution. Be a part of something bigger than yourself. As Charlie would always say, go to tpaction.com. If we have the graphic — I know we had that QR code from last week, please throw it up — but get involved. The people have surged to our Commit 100 program. And so God bless you guys. And we even have some friends of Charlie and Erika that have put up a $10,000 reward if anybody has a tip that they can send law enforcement that leads to the arrest of the vandals who did it."
Update: the vandals who did this — the tips apparently did not work. They have not caught the person. And yes, Tyler Bowyer reinforced this on X as well. Here was his tweet at the time: "After what the left did to our headquarters today, we have a surge of volunteers signing up to come to Arizona for Commit 100. This is our program to chase 100 ballots this October. We will give you a room and training to help us win. You can register here" — just pushing these links to the ballot-chasing initiative.
That was last month. People had questions. There's been no update, of course. Why would they give us more information on that? It seems like they don't even want to catch the vandals. But the update on Turning Point Action — which also has a Turning Point PAC affiliated with it — is that they have no more money. Here's the email they sent out: "Hey, Patriot. Here's the rundown. September was our busiest and best month yet. More doors knocked, more relationships built, more ballots chased, more momentum than we've ever had in a single month. And because of that success, we've burned through our financial resources faster than planned." Please keep the ballot chasers working. Sign up. Give us your money.
Got to say — the entire statue situation is giving me Jussie Smollett vibes now. It is. I feel like maybe it didn't go down the way we were being told. I feel like they could have caught this person by now. I feel like they could have released information to the public. I feel like their impulse to tell us to sign up to chase ballots feels wrong to me. And given everything we know about how Charlie felt about Turning Point Action — allegedly, which I will again say Justin Streiff disputes, but people who work at Turning Point USA dispute what Justin Streiff says — it feels like they need money, and like maybe some more money disappeared again from Turning Point Action. Maybe. I don't know for a fact. But my instincts about the statue are that we're not being told the entire story, and that it was meant to be a fundraiser push, and we shouldn't let that story go.
Katie Zacharia's Bar Exam Admission
Candace Owens: Katie Zacharia, the new press secretary — I think I'm almost a fan. The audacity of the gaslight. I think I'm a fan of hers now. It's just so crazy that they tried it, and then they sent out the influencers to try to influence us into thinking she's super qualified. The craziest part of the story is you don't have to pretend to be a lawyer to be the press secretary. It's not a requirement. We had Anthony Scaramucci as the press secretary. I don't know why you would need to say that you're an attorney outside of your own ego, and then try to gaslight us with an answer like — when somebody asks you explicitly how long is this going to go on for, and then we get yelled at by neocons on the internet for noticing the lie.
But Katie Zacharia has now come clean. She was a mixup — not a traditional mixup, I would say. I don't know if I've ever mixed up thinking I was a licensed professional. "Oh, I thought I was a doctor. I got a little confused. I thought I was a lawyer. I got a little bit confused." Really, is it a mixup? I don't know. I'll let her tell you guys the story.
The Wall Street Journal broke the news that she did not pass the bar exam. She can now admit that that did not happen. But the confusion really stems from the fact that she had consulted with Pepperdine's president as to how to identify herself, and she was told that as long as she didn't use the words "attorney" or "esquire," she was okay to say that she was a lawyer. I don't know why Pepperdine's president would tell her that was okay. Beyond that, I also want to be clear that on her LinkedIn she has herself listed as general counsel. That doesn't feel like a mistake. But I'm open to hearing Katie as to how she arrived at the conclusion that she was a lawyer and why it was okay. You should hear her too. First, let's just watch the supercut of her saying she's a lawyer.
"To be able to take information — especially as a lawyer and a former corporate lawyer in China for three years —"
>
"I mean, I am a lawyer and I'm a rigorous researcher, and I spent the better part of 2020 and 2021 researching this because I lost friends and family. I would love to see justice. As a lawyer, the procedural steps are absolutely critical to ensure that they get this right, and that each has the ability — both the state can prosecute and lay out their case, and also the defense can respond accurately."
>
"And I love to be able to break that down. I'm a lawyer, and these types of issues are so tangible for people."
>
"Because he wrote a book called The Real Anthony Fauci, which I read cover to cover to substantiate all of the theories — that were actually not theories, the known facts about him — and was able to make a case, because that's what we do as lawyers, for the reason why I would not take anything Fauci recommended."
Sounds like she thinks she's a lawyer. Well, gratefully, she sat down with Jack Posobiec to further explore what actually happened behind the scenes. She's going to say a lot of words. Try to follow along. Take a listen.
Katie Zacharia: I think it's important to have the context — my husband and I had a long-distance relationship. He lived in Beijing, China.
Jack Posobiec: He was already there.
Katie Zacharia: He was already there. His dad introduced us to each other. His dad was an adjunct professor at Pepperdine Law, and he said, "Do you want to meet my son?" And I met his son, and his son lived in Beijing. So it was long distance while I did law school and he was in private equity — an American private equity company in China. I had already pre-registered to take the bar, and I didn't want to withdraw from that. We knew we would be moving out to China, and I was obviously incredibly distracted and overwhelmed and excited to finally be married to someone I'd been long distance from for at least a year, a year and a half when you include the engagement. And we just said, "Let's take this time and I'll take the bar and see what happens." The results are somewhat inconsequential because I knew I wouldn't need the bar in China.
We left shortly thereafter. And after moving to China, I didn't really think much of the bar results or consider that something I needed to focus on. I was offered a job at an international practice division of a Chinese law firm called Junhe Law Firm. The international practice had four associates under a senior partner, and we worked the international side, the English language side, and we had a Chinese counterpart. There's no Chinese bar. I had the necessary credentials — which was my law degree — to be able to do this practice. These were multi-million dollar shareholders agreements and cross-border transactions. I had all the necessary requirements to do that, and I was able to do it effectively and well, and have glowing recommendations from the senior partner who oversaw my time there.
Jack Posobiec: So when you eventually do come back — I'm just doing the timeline here — you eventually do come back. Why didn't you decide to go back and try the bar again?
Katie Zacharia: Well, when we moved back, Jack, we got a surprise baby. Our first baby — today is his birthday, and he is 12 years old.
Jack Posobiec: Happy birthday.
Katie Zacharia: And we got pregnant and we decided, "All right, well, we're going to stay in the United States and we are not going to move back abroad."
Candace Owens: Does this make any sense to me? What's a "surprise baby," by the way? I've heard of surprise pregnancies. I've never heard a "surprise baby," because usually you're surprised, you find out you're pregnant, and then you've got nine and a half months and the baby comes. So why would that stop you from taking the bar? How does a surprise baby — how does that prevent you from taking the bar when you have no kids? It doesn't. I actually checked. I was like, are you prevented if you failed? Do you have to wait a certain time? No — it says you can take it the next time it's administered. The bar is administered twice a year. You can just keep taking it. And she told him that when they got back to America she decided not to because they had a surprise baby, like a stork dropped it off or something. And no — you can take the bar exam even if you have a baby. I checked. There doesn't seem to be any preclusions if you are pregnant, if you have a child, if you have two children, three children, four children. It doesn't make any sense as to why she then continued to describe herself as an attorney.
So we're just going to go with that. Like I said, I think I like her now. I think I like her now because she just says a lot of words and says nothing. I think she's highly qualified to represent what the Trump administration has become, which is just a group of liars.
Pete Hegseth, Live-Streaming Executions, and Charlie Kirk's Warning
Candace Owens: By the way, in case you were following the administration — Pete Hegseth, who tries to pretend to be tough, always jogging with people in the military. "Oh, I'll jog with you at 5:00 a.m." Never mind that I'm going to send you to die for Israel. Well, one of his recent tough-guy things was, "We are going to be executing the Fort Hood shooter and we're going to live stream it." What? What are we even speaking about right now? We used to be a civilized society and debate the death penalty in general — do you support the death penalty, why you support it, why you don't. Now we are suddenly at this radical point where people are trying to say it is totally legitimate for us to just live stream a death. That's a totally normal thing — to want to watch someone die.
The Fort Hood shooter is obviously not an innocent person. He murdered a lot of people, and you can say, "I believe he should be put to death" — that's totally fine. But to then take the extreme of saying, "I want to watch him die" — it's like when we had people who were at first like, "Oh, I'm pro-choice because I learned in school that's a clump of cells," and then we suddenly had women wearing t-shirts, nine months pregnant, saying, "Still not a baby. I'll kill it." And my producer mentioned it's like somebody saying, "No, I want to watch you rip the baby from my womb, limb from limb." This is where we're at now, and we're trying to pretend that this is conservative.
People are trying to make theological arguments. But guys, we don't live in a theocracy. The Epstein class is in power. So you empower them to just start live-executing people. This Bolshevik generation of people in control right now who have a penchant for harming children — I feel like we're going to very quickly arrive upon a slippery slope. And you know who else thought that? So brilliant, ahead of his time about what would happen if the so-to-speak Epstein class got that kind of power — Charlie Kirk. Take a listen.
"I would say in America I would oppose the death penalty for a very specific reason, because right now the trend is this current government will use any power we give them against us. So I am — and this is the Patriot Act argument, right? The moral argument I'm totally on board with. If we had a government that was ethical and understood duty —"
Interviewer: You're saying you just think the government's so far gone that they could —
"Practically, right now in America, I think we should oppose the death penalty."
Interviewer: Because they could start executing Charlie Kirks of the —
"No, they would."
Interviewer: They absolutely would.
"Maybe. I don't know if it's that far. I mean —"
Interviewer: It's pretty bad. But I'm just saying —
"No, it's that bad."
Interviewer: They're not doing it yet, at least.
"What? The death penalty part? Yeah, they barely carry out the death penalty at all, because right now opposing the death penalty fits their agenda, which is to try to have compassion supersede justice. But make no mistake — as soon as the actual Bolsheviks take over, they're going to want to bring back the guillotine."
Interviewer: They're going to come to this table.
"The idea that Michael Knowles and Charlie could still be in a gulag on Alba is like, 'No, no, no. We've got to wipe him out. He's still a threat. He's still breathing.'"
Interviewer: We don't get the vacation to Alba.
Candace Owens: That's probably true. Agreed. And of course, Charlie was not speaking about Pete Hegseth. He was not speaking about Donald Trump. That was not what he was thinking. And yet his words carry weight — especially because he was assassinated by, in my opinion, the Epstein class. They put him — they killed Charlie Kirk, set up his assassination. That's my viewpoint. I don't believe Tyler Robinson did it alone on a rooftop. And you do not want to empower the Epstein class to go around and commit executions based on what they deem worthy of live-streaming. It's so dark and Epstein-coded, and it made me sick.
But yes — Trump did issue a Truth Social post where he established that Nidal Malik Hasan, the former US Army major turned traitor, would not have his execution live-streamed. He wrote a long post. He said he was scum, but that there are well-meaning people who would rather not watch him die. Also, he's paraplegic. I don't know how that's going to play on TV. Why people are suddenly wanting to watch that — if you were a person related to someone who was killed by him, you might say, "I want to watch him die." But just generally, people clamoring to watch — this is like state-sponsored snuff pornography. It was very weird to me to hear people just clamoring to watch somebody's soul leave their body. It's a disturbing place that we're at in America where that's even a debate. And like I said, it is not a theological question because we don't live in a theocracy.
He did acknowledge in his Truth Social post that the execution can be viewed by people in the immediate family of the victims if they so choose, because they deserve to witness it if they want to. And that's all. We'll leave it at that.
Viewer Comments and Investigation Updates
Candace Owens: Top comments from yesterday's episode. Danielle wrote, "If the information in the files causes the entire system to collapse" — referring to the Jeffrey Epstein files — "it's a system that needs to collapse." I agree. Sound logic. It needs to collapse.
Mento writes, "If it wasn't for digging into all of the background of all of this, we wouldn't even know how all of these dots connect." Yes. There have been others who have been just as consistent, staying focused, not jumping into all the riff-raff. A lot of times you see people on X fighting, and it's like — just help investigate or don't. And that's why I selected Baron Coleman to take over the show, because he has been focused and he's been up to it, and we have been information-sharing in the background for quite some time now. You can't ignore it. Talk about the elephant in the room. You can't ignore all of these ties. It's absolutely bizarre. And they just think they're going to get out of it by knowing powerful people, calling people demonic. How do you call me demonic when this is who you're aligned with? These are the crimes that you're trying to pretend are not happening that are tangential to Turning Point USA. It doesn't work. And we're going to keep going. We're not going to sit here and be silenced by lawsuits. Ignore the Epstein class taking over, or we're going to bankrupt you. No. My children are not growing up in this. This is not going to happen. This doesn't work for me.
Melissa B writes, "It's so interesting that we haven't seen any of the never-before-seen Charlie episodes that Erika and her henchmen were bragging about." Yeah, it is interesting. Some of the stuff they were saying was just stupid. They were like, "Never-before-seen speeches." Like, what do you mean? Who was he speaking to? Like, talking to himself in the mirror? It's a speech — it's got to be seen by somebody. And I do think they were going to employ AI Charlie. They were having discussions with people who do that kind of thing. Like, what were those meetings about? It's weird. There are so many different rabbit holes you could chase. I try to stay focused on September 10th and the information we are gathering, and there just seems to be never-ending material. But there is a picture that is emerging.
Regarding Tyler Clancy — if you have any information pertaining to him, we would like to hear it. Any more information that you feel we should know, we already went out to him for comment before we published. We will let you know what we hear back from Governor Cox's office. I did see one more promotion in my inbox, which we will report on next week — another timely promotion that came in October, tangential to Charlie on the 10th.
Please email us more tips at candace.com. And we are still looking for information — I'm going to have to put a bounty up on it — pertaining to who the fire captain was who performed CPR on Charlie when he arrived at the hospital. According to the UVU Independent Review, there was a fire captain. I'd like to know who that fire captain was. We learned from the report that they were from fire station 2, I believe — in Orem, or maybe Provo. The point is we don't know who that fire captain is who performed CPR. And we find it very odd that neither Frank Turek in his many iterations of what happened, nor Brian Harpole in his super fantastic story of all that he did, mentioned a fire captain who gave CPR. I am told that this information is intentionally being hushed, and I can't figure out why — because that person would be a hero. You tried to save Charlie Kirk's life. I can't figure out why they are trying to keep this information locked down. So please email us if you know more — tips at candace.com. We want someone with direct knowledge, not people guessing based off of research.
